Amanda is the founder of Truth. Prior to Truth, she spent many years at British Airways leading sales and marketing directions across the UK, Africa, Middle East and Asia. She has also spearheaded the customer (CRM) division at Woolworths and led the division encompassing customer insights, research, customer strategy, loyalty, direct marketing and financial services marketing.
Within Truth’s client base are some of South Africa’s largest retailers. Amanda was personally involved in the Pick n Pay smartshopper loyalty launch, the Edcon Thank U Rewards Programme and the Woolworths W Rewards Programme. Most recently, Amanda was featured on CNBC Africa’s Business Report Show, sharing her thoughts and expertise on the South African Loyalty landscape.
